We had an excellent experience with Andy Logan, the owner of Keyrenter Property Management. We were looking for a short term lease for the summer (in between homes) and Andy set us up with a nice Condo unit which was for rent. Although the units usually rent for 12 months, we were able to work out a 3 month lease with only a small increase in rent. The entire process from looking at the property to signing the lease was straightforward and quick. In addition, there were a couple minor issues that crept up within the first two weeks of moving in and Andy took care of them quickly and without us needing to be home.
